About This Role
- Design, configure, and manage Enterprise AI Gateway solutions using Kong AI Gateway, including multi-LLM integration and AI-specific policies such as prompt logging and token controls.
- Implement AI observability, usage tracking, cost governance, routing strategies, and ensure compliance with AI governance and security standards.
- Administer Kong Gateway environments in Kubernetes, automate deployments with DevOps tools, and optimize gateway performance and availability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 9 years of experience in API Management, Middleware, or Platform Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Kong Gateway administration.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 9 years in relevant domain based on JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-LLM and AI proxy development with knowledge of open AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.).
- Strong operating style in managing enterprise-grade AI gateway solutions and API lifecycle management within cloud-native and microservices architectures.
- Skilled in AI security, compliance, cost optimization, and implementing advanced AI platform standards for GenAI adoption.
