About This Role
- Design and build scalable backend services and AI-powered features using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Own features end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Leverage advanced AI tools like LLMs, agentic AI, AI orchestration to develop, debug, and optimize AI applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend development.
- Strong hands-on skills in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- Practical experience in modern AI application development (LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, orchestration, tool calling).

- Experienced in designing scalable and production-ready backend systems with AI integration.
- Comfortable making sound technical decisions, debugging complex systems, and communicating trade-offs.
- Eager and able to learn new languages, frameworks, and AI technologies rapidly to solve problems.
