About This Role
- Accountable for analyzing, designing, testing, deploying, and supporting IT solutions for a business unit or function at regional or country-level scope.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into solution designs and work collaboratively with development teams through the full lifecycle.
- Provide production support, coordinate testing, and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement across IT solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 8+ years of experience in technical analysis, business analysis, solution design, or related IT roles.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting full lifecycle IT solution delivery.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant IT roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regional or country-level IT environments managing cross-functional business and development collaboration.
- Skilled in translating complex business needs into actionable requirements and practical solution designs.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as ServiceMax, Salesforce, Oracle is an advantage though not mandatory.
