About This Role
- Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of LIMS and laboratory data management systems with a focus on Day 1 setup of Bengaluru Technology Centre.
- Collaborate with scientists, digital teams, suppliers, and project teams to capture, structure, govern, and ensure accessibility of laboratory data throughout its lifecycle.
- Support development and implementation of workflows, reporting, integrations, data governance and automation for improved laboratory efficiency, data quality, compliance, and digital enablement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in laboratory operations, business analysis, digital transformation, informatics or technical environment.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and user requirements; knowledge of data quality, governance and master data concepts; understanding of laboratory data lifecycles and regulatory data requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 10%; hybrid office/remote work location based in Bengaluru Technology Centre.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement and requirement facilitation across scientific and technical teams.
- Skilled in process mapping, analysis, and identification of standardisation, digitisation, and operational efficiency opportunities in laboratory environments.
- Familiar with LIMS, laboratory automation and robotics integration, software implementation/testing, and supporting AI/digital transformation initiatives through structured data management.
