About This Role
- Support deployment, configuration, integration and continuous improvement of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and laboratory data management solutions for bp R&D labs, focusing on Bengaluru Technology Centre Day 1 operations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering with scientists and lab personnel, document functional and process requirements, and maintain traceability throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support system configuration, testing, deployment, user training, and ongoing data governance and digital transformation initiatives for lab data and workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in laboratory operations, laboratory informatics, business analysis, digital transformation, or data management environments.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and user requirements and supporting technology deployment or digital transformation projects.
- Up to 10% travel may be required; hybrid office/remote working mode; eligible for in-country relocation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multidisciplinary collaboration with scientists, IT, and vendors within laboratory or digital transformation projects focused on laboratory informatics.
- Strong analytical, process mapping, and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving laboratory efficiency, data quality and compliance.
- Familiarity or experience with LIMS, laboratory workflows, data governance, and laboratory automation integration preferred.
