About This Role
- Own end-to-end functional operation, development roadmap, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
- Lead transition from external vendors to internal engineering and support capabilities, coordinating distributed teams and managing vendor performance.
- Ensure application reliability, compliance, financial closing readiness, and manage budgeting and SLA governance across Finance, Procurement, and Operations domains.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in ERP, enterprise applications, consulting, or application management; including 5+ years specifically with D365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong functional expertise across Finance, Procurement, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Tax, and related workflows.
- Hands-on experience with D365 configuration, troubleshooting, and X++ code analysis/debugging.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and leading transitions from external to internal support teams.

- Senior-level ERP professional balancing functional business expertise with strong technical understanding of D365 Finance & Operations and X++ development.
- Comfortable working in a governance and coordination role without direct line management, with ability to translate complex finance and procurement requirements into actionable plans.
- Experienced in managing distributed engineering teams and delivering roadmap-driven improvements under audit and compliance constraints.
