About This Role
- Own end-to-end implementation and configuration of WMS solutions to meet customer business and technical needs.
- Act as technical liaison among project managers, solution architects, customers, and product teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and communication on product functionality and enhancements.
- Provide functional and technical support including quality assurance, system testing, troubleshooting, integrations, and post-go-live stabilization to achieve value realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-10 years of corporate experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Hands-on expertise in functional and technical configuration of WMS products (preferably JDA/RedPrairie WMS) including integrations with ERP, TMS, ASRS, and 3rd party systems.
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting via trace files, system testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning techniques.
