About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Databricks technologies.
- Develop AI-powered applications including Large Language Models, Agentic AI workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Lead technical discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor juniors, and oversee deployment of AI and data analytics solutions across cloud/on-prem environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, AI, or Analytics domains.
- Mandatory skills: Python, SQL, Data Engineering (ETL/ELT), Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker), AI & Generative AI frameworks, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), DevOps/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years

- Strong technical leadership with ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise integrating AI/ML models with data engineering, including advanced generative AI frameworks and workflow automation on cloud platforms.
