About This Role
- Manage and support a team of analysts ensuring Service Level Agreements are consistently met.
- Escalate client or staffing issues promptly and collaborate on risk and resource management using KRIs and KPIs.
- Lead loan administration projects including task migration, client conversions, and issue resolution with external parties.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor or Master level degree.
- Minimum 4 years in Financial Services with people leadership experience.
- Product knowledge including Domestic, Global, OTC security markets, Fixed Income, and derivatives.
- Experience with Hedge or Mutual Funds required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading teams within financial services, particularly loan operations or fund services.
- Strong operational focus on managing risk, KPIs, and client service in a high-volume environment.
- Skilled in mentoring, coaching and recruiting for analyst level staff with knowledge of fund administration processes.
