About This Role
- Deliver new hire orientation, technical/product, sales, and soft skills training focused on improving employee performance and onboarding speed.
- Create and update training materials and assess training effectiveness through KPIs, surveys, and feedback to improve workforce quality.
- Coach agents by monitoring performance, providing feedback, and conducting refresher sessions to reduce attrition and improve sales and quality scores.
Minimum Requirements
- Sales training experience, preferably in insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and sales frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree or Undergraduate qualification as per contract.
- Location: Must be able to work in Mumbai (SYMPHONY IT PARK, Andheri East).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering and evaluating sales-focused training programs within BPO environments.
- Skilled in using performance data and feedback to bridge gaps between operations and training.
- Capable of managing stakeholder collaboration with Operations and Quality teams to align training with business goals.
