About This Role
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle including discovery, solution design, technical configuration, UAT, and deployment of Xactly products.
- Consult with Director- and VP-level stakeholders to architect scalable enterprise solutions based on complex business requirements.
- Manage multiple customer implementations concurrently, driving project momentum and mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Technology Consulting, Implementation Consulting, Business Analysis, or related SaaS fields.
- Strong proficiency in SQL development, RDBMS data structures, and SDLC.
- Experience engaging with senior executives (Director level and above) to define technical solution architectures.

- Experienced at independently managing high-volume, deadline-driven implementation projects with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in translating complex business needs into technical and scalable solutions, suitable for enterprise SaaS environments.
