About This Role
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for AI, automation, and technology teams using an AI-first business analysis approach.
- Lead discovery workshops, perform process mining analysis, and own end-to-end requirements delivery including testing programs and user acceptance testing for Gen AI solutions.
- Maintain requirements traceability, backlog management, and continuously improve BA standards incorporating AI-enabled tools in collaboration with US-based teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of business analysis or process optimization experience with direct exposure to AI/ML or Gen AI solution delivery.
- Daily practical experience using Gen AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot Cowork for business analysis and documentation.
- Proven full ownership of a complete set of requirements artifacts for software or AI-powered solution delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; English proficiency at professional level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate Gen AI tools into analytical workflows and requirements management with strong ownership and issue resolution skills.
- Experience in client-facing or professional services environment supporting discovery, analysis, and solution delivery.
- Comfortable working Indian hours overlapping with US Central/Eastern time zones for effective collaboration with distributed teams.
