About This Role
- Serve as strategic finance partner to Chairman & MD, driving financial planning, corporate strategy, and executive decision-making.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, business performance reviews, and prepare financial reports, MIS, and executive presentations.
- Manage multiple strategic financial initiatives, track KPIs, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders including fundraising and investor relations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
- MBA in Finance or Strategy, preferably from an IIM.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong financial modelling expertise.
- Location: Ahmedabad (explicit location requirement).

- Deep expertise in strategic financial planning and execution in high-stakes environments, comfortable interfacing with C-level leadership.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in data-driven financial analysis and preparing board-level presentations and reports.
