About This Role
- Own composition, layout, and graphic support for educational print and digital materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and AI-enabled workflows (InDesign ExtendScript, UXP Plug-ins, Acrobat JavaScript) to increase production efficiency and support US and India production teams.
- Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products adhering to copyright, accessibility, and production standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of education publishing/production experience in EdTech (Print Books and Digital), GK-12 with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of curriculum development experience.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and experienced with InDesign ExtendScript (JSX), Python, UXP plug-ins, and Acrobat JavaScript for automation.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant education publishing and curriculum development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in EdTech content production with strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and scripting automation relevant to print and digital publishing workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with global teams and vendors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Able to manage multiple production projects simultaneously, including building AI-enabled automation workflows integrating tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, and AWS Bedrock.
