About This Role
- Lead regional operational execution for content, marketing, and partner initiatives to ensure local relevance and launch readiness.
- Oversee content localization processes including dubbing production, quality control, and market-specific standards across multiple languages and regions.
- Manage regional channel operations and partner performance, ensuring operational readiness, quality, and reliable delivery at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in dubbing, localization production, media production, or content operations with leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of dubbing workflows including adaptation, casting, recording, editing, mixing, quality review, and technical delivery.
- Experience managing studios or localization vendors across multiple concurrent productions with fixed release dates.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years relevant experience.

- Experienced operational leader with a track record managing regional and global teams in localization or media production environments.
- Strong familiarity with localization quality standards and commitment to authentic cultural and fan experiences.
- Skilled in managing multiple concurrent productions, capacity planning, risk identification, and driving recovery plans in fast-paced, cross-cultural settings.
