About This Role
- Lead revenue accounting operations ensuring accuracy of General Partner revenue reporting and complex financial data across multiple fund structures.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement footnote disclosures related to revenue.
- Serve as Workday Financials functional lead, optimizing revenue stream automation and overseeing internal controls and audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience with revenue accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Workday Financials is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in GAAP compliance and complex fee agreement analysis.
- Experience working cross-functionally with accounting, tax, treasury, and fund teams within financial services or investment management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial systems implementation and process optimization in a corporate accounting environment.
