About This Role
- Manage all warehouse operations including safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficient warehouse running.
- Oversee stock accuracy through booking items in/out, regular stock takes, and assisting with stock and consumables management.
- Establish logistics relationships and implement monthly KPI reporting to evaluate and improve warehouse and delivery performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive experience in warehousing and/or supply chain logistics including knowledge of Import/Export procedures.
- Experience working with SAP or equivalent warehouse management software.
- Full driving licence; onsite work at Pune location required.
- Work Experience Required: Extensive experience in warehousing/supply chain logistics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing warehouse operations with strong planning, organizing, and stock management skills.
- Familiar with local GST laws, labor association processes, E-way bill generation, and international freight documentation.
- Capable of developing and maintaining logistics relationships and handling both tactical and strategic problem solving in warehouse and logistics domains.
