About This Role
- Execute and support daily operational activities including shipment processing, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and shipment reconciliation across service centres, hubs, warehouses and processing units.
- Support Shift In-charges by assisting in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain operational discipline, quality, safety, and compliance to meet daily operational objectives and service commitments.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard pass.
- Work Experience Required: 3–6 years in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
- Physical fitness to perform operations involving standing, walking and manual handling of shipments.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays; basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile device skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has practical experience operating within high-volume shipment processing and warehouse environments using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrates strong operational discipline with focus on adherence to procedures, quality, and safety compliance under shift-based work conditions.
- Capable of coaching and supporting junior team members while assisting shift leads in dynamic workload management and continuous process improvement.
