About This Role
- Manage end-to-end coordination of HCP engagement activities including planning, compliance, travel, logistics, payments, and documentation.
- Serve as SPOC for field-force administrative and operational queries, ensuring timely resolution and smooth execution of activities.
- Maintain compliance, vendor management, financial coordination, MIS reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required; B.Com or BBA preferred.
- 5–10 years experience in Business Administration, Commercial Operations, HCP Engagement Administration, Sales Administration or similar roles.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or diagnostics environment preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and ERP/SAP processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial operations with exposure to HCP engagement compliance.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through handling multi-departmental workflows (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Procurement, Compliance).
- Proven operational ownership managing end-to-end business process flows, vendor relations, and compliance with minimal supervision.
