About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for web and mobile applications, including visual and automation testing.
- Maintain and improve existing test automation frameworks and write automation scripts using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Protractor, Mocha, Jasmine, TestNG.
- Identify, isolate, debug, and report software defects; verify fixes and communicate project risks based on test execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages, preferably JavaScript, and test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver or Appium.
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST APIs) and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in planning, scheduling, and performing comprehensive QA activities including manual and automated testing for web and mobile platforms.
- Skilled in debugging, diagnosing issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve QA issues efficiently.
- Familiar with continuous integration tools like Jenkins and version control systems like GitLab, and comfortable working in hybrid, collaborative environments.
