About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable backend solutions using JavaScript and Node.js within distributed microservices architectures.
- Oversee technical delivery including code reviews, solution design, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for reliable software deployments.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams while managing engineering governance, risk, and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in Technical Lead or Assistant Manager role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js backend development, distributed microservices, MongoDB or Cosmos DB, cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with JavaScript, API engineering, microservices design, cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps automation is mandatory.

- Demonstrates leadership ability to guide and coordinate engineering teams with technical oversight and stakeholder communication.
- Experienced in managing complex distributed systems and cloud-native backend solutions within Agile delivery environments.
