About This Role
- Define and optimize Memory/Storage System architectures for Mobile and Client Edge platforms focusing on cost, performance, and power efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to innovate solutions integrating hardware, software, and AI capabilities.
- Develop and integrate AI-assisted workflows to automate benchmarking, performance profiling, root-cause analysis, and improve decision-making in system architecture design.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience (BS, MS, or PhD).
- Proven experience with DRAM/NAND IPs, SoC/IP Development, or Systems Architecture & Analysis for Client/Server/Mobile SoCs.
- Experience with CPU, GPU, AI Processors, DDR, and system development for Client/Server/Mobile devices.
- Expertise in power, performance, and thermal benchmark analysis using profiling tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in Mobile Platform software or hardware development with strong knowledge of DRAM, NAND, DDR/LPDDR5/5x, PCIe, and NVMe.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and recommend architecture trade-offs impacting memory/storage performance, including AI workload optimizations.
- Experienced applying AI/ML techniques to system architecture and performance analysis with understanding of generative AI and AI-supported engineering tools.
