About This Role
- Lead and deliver Java/Spring Boot modernization including framework upgrades and cloud migration.
- Manage and guide a delivery pod of developers and QA engineers through agile sprints and code reviews.
- Ensure implementation of authentication & authorization across REST APIs and maintain code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of J2EE backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Java versions 8, 11, and 17, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, SSO authentication and authorization.
- Knowledge of cloud/container migration (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) and secrets management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead capable of hands-on coding and team leadership in a fast-paced modernization project.
- Strong background in scalable application design using OOP principles and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
- Proven ability to deliver complex backend microservices and lead sprint deliveries with quality control.
