About This Role
- Design, build and operate secure, scalable, resilient enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and AI solutions primarily on Azure, including BearingPoint's BeMind AI platform.
- Own networking, security, identity access management, and set best practices for the engineering team.
- Lead DevOps, automation, containerization, CI/CD improvements, reliability monitoring, performance and cost optimization, and mentor colleagues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years professional IT experience including cloud infrastructure and backend/full-stack development.
- Deep hands-on Azure cloud experience preferred (strong AWS or GCP experience acceptable if willing to switch).
- Strong cloud networking and security basics, infrastructure as code experience, CI/CD pipeline design, backend programming (TypeScript/Node.js ideal), and relational database skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader who can take ownership of complex enterprise cloud and AI platform projects end-to-end.
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and security, with capability to standardize and mentor team on best practices.
- Proven background in full-stack backend engineering with focus on reliability, automation, containerization, and production troubleshooting.
