About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable backend solutions using JavaScript and Node.js across distributed microservices architecture.
- Lead technical efforts including solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and delivery oversight in cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure reliable software delivery, integrating DevOps, observability, and security engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or Assistant Manager role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js development and designing distributed microservices-based backend systems.
- Practical experience with MongoDB or Cosmos DB, cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), Agile delivery, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Senior engineer comfortable balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities such as code reviews and technical decision-making.
- Experienced in cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices, enabling reliable, scalable microservices.
