About This Role
- Document and interpret the firm’s data flows aligned with Data Governance Framework.
- Define bank’s data with business and IT SMEs and identify controls to maintain data integrity.
- Support project delivery, governance, compliance, and mentor junior analysts in data management activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years work experience in Banking/Financial services, Business Operations, Group functions, Consulting, or Data Management.
- Knowledge of banking and capital markets and/or regulations like BCBS, CCAR, IFRS.
- Understanding of data governance and data management/platforms.
- Experience in Data Lineage or Data Management office is desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in stakeholder management and communication across organizational levels in financial services context.
- Methodical and accurate with strong attention to detail and able to meet stringent deadlines.
- Skilled in training, mentoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and control functions.
