About This Role
- Develop and maintain WLAN and Ethernet driver software specifically for WLAN/Linux environments.
- Utilize strong programming skills in C and potentially C++ to deliver robust wireless LAN firmware solutions.
- Contribute to driver development aligned with wireless industry standards (IEEE 802.11 variants) and potentially RF-level implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in WLAN/Linux driver development.
- Proficiency in C programming language is mandatory; knowledge of C++ also required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years work experience OR Master's degree with 1+ year work experience OR PhD in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of Ethernet, Wireless LAN driver development, and wireless industry standards (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in low-level driver development for WLAN/Linux, with demonstrated individual technical contributions.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and RF (radio frequency) technologies enhances fit for role.
