About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain object-oriented test automation frameworks and scripts for scientific and financial analytics software.
- Define test plans and milestones; participate in requirements and technical reviews to ensure product quality and data accuracy.
- Investigate complex issues, collaborate to resolve defects, and mentor junior team members promoting best automation practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in scientific or financial analytics software.
- 5+ years programming experience in test automation with proficiency in C#/.NET, Java, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Selenium or equivalent automation tools, BDD/Gherkin, MSTest or VSTest, and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or AWS.

- Demonstrates strong object-oriented programming and automation framework design expertise tailored to scientific or financial data accuracy.
- Experienced in scaling automation coverage across software development lifecycles in complex domain environments.
- Able to lead and mentor teams while collaborating cross-functionally to improve testing practices and resolve defects efficiently.
