About This Role
- Develop and enhance modern, scalable full stack web applications using MEAN/MERN stack technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality, secure, and testable code.
- Contribute to prototyping, technology evaluation, software best practices, and resolving system issues with close end-user interaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience including internships or equivalent hands-on development.
- Proficiency in modern full stack development: TypeScript/JavaScript with Node.js frameworks (Express, Angular, React), REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Agile practices, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Hybrid work requirement based in Pune or Gurugram with minimum 3 days per week onsite presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer comfortable with iterative development and complex system architecture patterns.
- Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and basic DevOps/CI-CD concepts.
- Candidate with exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and open source technology integration, indicating a growth mindset in emerging enterprise technologies.
