About This Role
- Own end-to-end linehaul transportation procurement strategy across India, managing cost, capacity, and vendor relationships for one of the largest express parcel networks.
- Lead carrier sourcing events, negotiate multi-year and seasonal contracts to optimize rates while ensuring service quality and reliability.
- Build and mentor procurement team; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive cost optimization, capacity planning, contract governance, and technology adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations.
- Over 4 years experience in business or financial analysis, product costing, procurement, or quantitative roles.
- Experience in high-level negotiation and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

- Experienced leader in transportation procurement with deep industry knowledge, preferably in transportation operations.
- Strong commercial orientation with a proven track record managing large teams and vendor relationships at scale in fast-paced environments.
