About This Role
- Process and customize client data sets ensuring accuracy and completeness for client-specific requests.
- Create and manage technical workflows using ETL tools and Workbench UI for data preparation and service setups.
- Track and manage projects ensuring quality and timely delivery in adherence to client service level agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ETL tools, SQL, data analysis, and database processing essential.
- Ability to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and work occasional nights/weekends as per SLA requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with data processing, ETL workflows, and handling complex database tasks involving scripting and technical setup.
- Comfortable working with client-specific technical instructions and quality control processes under deadline pressure.
- Capable of independently managing technical projects with cross-department communication and problem resolution.
