About This Role
- Lead and drive delivery of strategic programs and cross-functional projects within Payments Operations, managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop executive presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and management reports for senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making and operational performance.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to execute strategic priorities and lead operational excellence initiatives including process improvement and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing or leading complex projects or programs, preferably in Payments Operations, Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Financial Services, Project Management, or Business Management.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, including data analysis, dashboard creation, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and reporting automation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within or supporting Risk, Control, and firm-wide governance guidelines to ensure project compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global Payments Operations or related financial services with a track record in operational transformation and performance management.
- Proficient in analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx, and skilled in developing management information solutions and automation.
- Capable of driving digital transformation initiatives including AI and Intelligent Automation to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
