About This Role
- Lead and execute complex technology projects and programs in the Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, driving on-time delivery and business value.
- Manage end-to-end project governance including planning, execution tracking, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Facilitate Agile practices including PI Planning and sprint ceremonies, leveraging AI-assisted tools for project documentation and analysis with strict validation and data security adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical program/project management leading complex technology initiatives.
- Proven expertise in SAFe/Agile delivery methodologies and Jira for backlog management, sprint execution, and reporting.
- Experience with project lifecycle management including delivery planning, stakeholder management, and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI tools within workplace for solution analysis with validation and data sensitivity awareness.

- Experienced in fast-paced, complex technical environments, especially in financial services technology projects.
- Strong operational focus on Agile frameworks and technical fluency aligning technology delivery with business outcomes.
- Comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and governance artifacts using modern collaboration and project management tools (Jira, Confluence) enhanced by AI capabilities.
