About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft 365 and Identity platforms across the enterprise, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to improve operational efficiency and scalability in identity and access management.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business objectives, including governance and compliance measures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management, and enterprise cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge and administration skills in Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune MDM/MAM, Identity Governance, Conditional Access, and PowerShell scripting.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in relevant technologies and roles.

- Experienced in leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and Identity platform implementations with a focus on automation and security compliance.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and Microsoft 365 governance.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional security and infrastructure teams to implement Zero Trust and compliance frameworks in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment.
