About This Role
- Monitor SIEM, EDR, and other security tools for suspicious activities and alerts within a 24x7 SOC environment.
- Perform triage, investigation, initial response, and escalation of security incidents following defined procedures.
- Support containment, eradication, and recovery during incidents, and contribute to vulnerability management and threat hunting.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or security operations role.
- Hands-on expertise with SIEM and endpoint security platforms.
- Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years in SOC or security operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SOC operations with strong skills in security monitoring and incident response fundamentals.
- Proficient in threat analysis, log analysis, and alert triage, with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working in shift-based or on-call security operations environments and maintaining incident documentation.
