About This Role
- Develop and prioritize roadmap features for AI Agent platform innovations focused on providing competitive advantage in platform and AI technologies.
- Create and implement quick technical AI solutions using various AI frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new proof of concepts (PoCs).
- Engage with customers to co-create and deploy PoCs, gather feedback, define KPIs, and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment with experience creating roadmaps and breaking down work into Capabilities and Epics.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others highly desirable).
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile/ServiceNow development; experience with Large Language Models or AI is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving with a strong technical aptitude for AI technologies and machine learning principles.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements into functional solutions and to work collaboratively with engineering, design, and business units in an Agile setup.
- Skilled in design thinking, user research, and facilitating co-creation workshops to drive innovation and deliver user-centric AI platform products.
