About This Role
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to large-scale applications, systems, and databases.
- Identify and recommend process improvements in technical support and system performance.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, change, problem, and release management duties to maintain platform health.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Systems Engineering experience or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology (B.E., B.Tech, MCA) preferred.
- Experience with .NET, SQL Server, MSBI, and application/platform monitoring tools (App Dynamics, Grafana, Splunk, etc.).
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide weekend support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with platform support including SRE frameworks, toil reduction, SLO/SLA building.
- Proficient in incident and problem management with collaboration across development and technology teams.
- Experience in backup/recovery, BCP readiness, and automation of operational tasks.
