About This Role
- Lead and develop teams providing technical support and services for systems operations, including management and resource allocation.
- Engage with stakeholders to engineer projects, recommend system improvements, conduct network assessments, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
- Oversee communication with customers about incidents and system changes, while supporting implementation of key risk initiatives and maintaining operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience (via work, training, military, or education).
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
- Work location: Hyderabad, India.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years systems engineering and technology architecture; 2+ years management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing infrastructure or systems operations teams, preferably with Unix/Linux/x86 environments.
- Strong technical knowledge in UNIX/Linux internals, monitoring, alerting, scripting, automation frameworks, and data center/cloud platforms.
- Capability to manage complex operational environments with effective decision-making under pressure balancing risk, speed, and stability.
