About This Role
- Lead and execute multiple concurrent strategic transformation projects focused on automation, process optimization, analytics, and business transformation within Wealth & Investment Management.
- Drive measurable outcomes improving operational efficiency, client experience, and business results by collaborating with business leaders, technology teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Serve as primary coordinator for cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycle including governance, documentation, and project controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in Strategic Planning and Business Execution.
- At least 4 years experience in Business Execution, Business Consulting, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Analytics, or Automation.
- At least 8 years hands-on experience with Python coding/development, developing Alteryx workflows, and automation tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously; strong project and stakeholder management skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation and automation initiatives from ideation to adoption.
- Strong technical proficiency in Python development and scripting, with advanced knowledge of automation and analytics platforms like Alteryx and Power Platform.
- Skilled in driving end-to-end strategic initiatives within financial services sectors, particularly Wealth Management, Banking, Lending, or Trust.
