About This Role
- Participate in a two-year rotational leadership program within Group CFO India, gaining exposure to financial strategy, reporting, planning & analysis, capital management, business partnering, and regulatory frameworks.
- Drive strategic financial initiatives and lead teams upon completion of the program as an Associate Director, Group CFO.
- Engage in leadership responsibilities with global exposure and strategic capabilities in finance within a multinational environment.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA graduate from a top-tier business school.
- Minimum of four years pre-MBA work experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, audit, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in a multinational or complex organisation preferred but not mandatory.
