About This Role
- Own end-to-end month close, forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes.
- Analyze and provide insights on P&L drivers, including performance analysis and variance explanations against plan, forecast, and previous year.
- Manage and deliver periodic business reports and communicate effectively with multiple finance stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in finance roles covering reporting, forecasting, and planning.
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase.
- Experience in budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, and working knowledge of Mosaic, Cockpit, or Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing P&L analysis with a focus on forecasting and variance explanations.
- Capable of driving automation in finance processes to enhance efficiency.
- Comfortable working across multiple finance functions and handling stakeholder communications independently.
