About This Role
- Lead a team managing operational analytics for PDS, ensuring analytics solutions address key business needs and align with organizational objectives.
- Develop, deploy, and enhance scalable data & analytics solutions integrating with enterprise platforms, including building data pipelines, models, reports, and dashboards.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI technologies, including generative AI, while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with IT for infrastructure support.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics or related roles, including technical leadership and people management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python, and experience with version control tools like GitHub.
- Work hours aligned with US East Coast timing; experience with generative AI integration in life sciences or healthcare preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading analytics teams in biopharma, biotech, or healthcare domains, particularly involving product development, manufacturing, supply chain, or quality control.
- Strong strategic and business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently with high accountability, managing end-to-end analytics solutions and collaborating cross-functionally.
