About This Role
- Oversee compliance for India-based studios focusing on adherence to Global Code of Conduct, anti-corruption policies, and third-party risk screening.
- Manage due diligence and periodic audits of India-based vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support global compliance initiatives including training via LRN platform, policy updates, and coordination across legal, HR, audit, and procurement teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate compliance, legal, regulatory, or audit roles.
- Experience with global corporate compliance programs strongly preferred.
- Experience with LRN compliance training platform strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, HR, audit, procurement, and other teams; Excellent English communication skills required.
