About This Role
- Lead planning, production, delivery, and quality control of localized anime content and local-language dubbing across Asia & MENA including India, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Taiwan & Saudi Arabia.
- Manage end-to-end dubbing workflows covering casting, recording, editing, mixing, mastering, delivery, and launch to ensure culturally relevant, accurate, and timely localized content.
- Oversee vendor and partner management for localization and dubbing, including quality standards, performance monitoring, project management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure launch readiness and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in localization, dubbing, content or media operations, post-production, language services, or related fields.
- Experience managing local-language dubbing or audiovisual localization programs, including dubbing workflows and vendor management.
- Strong project management skills managing multiple titles, languages, markets, timelines, and dependencies.
- Fluency in English required; fluency or professional proficiency in regional languages strongly preferred. Work Experience Required: 8+ years explicitly mentioned
