About This Role
- Lead and manage content operations for Asia and MENA regions including intake, planning, delivery, launch, and post-launch support for anime content.
- Ensure operational readiness and on-time delivery of titles, episodes, metadata, dubs, subtitles, and partner assets across multiple platforms and markets.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors to manage launch risks, vendor performance, quality control, and operational process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in content operations, media operations, streaming, localization, post-production, or related fields.
- Experience managing multi-market content delivery and operational readiness for multiple platforms and distribution partners.
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate complex launches and manage external vendors.
- Fluency in English; willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.

- Experienced in content supply chains including video, dubbing, subtitles, and technical delivery requirements across diverse markets in Asia and MENA.
- Operates with strong attention to detail and a high standard for content accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in fast-paced, global environments.
- Skilled in building and scaling operational processes, dashboards, and quality-control frameworks with demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
