About This Role
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and facilitate smooth sprint execution in SAFe environments.
- Coach and guide Agile teams and engineering on Agile best practices, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Engineering.
- Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and promote continuous improvement and Agile transformation across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years total experience with at least 5 years as Scrum Master in SAFe projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile frameworks and project management tools like JIRA, ADO.
- Leading SAFe 6.0 and CSM / PSM certification required; PMP, Agile or SAFe certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Scrum Master with deep knowledge in SAFe and Agile transformations in technology-driven finance environments.
- Proven ability to coach teams on Agile maturity and engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.
- Comfortable navigating organizational complexities and motivating teams while driving continuous improvement and Agile adoption.
