About This Role
- Lead AWS DevOps and Cloud Engineering initiatives with strategic and technical ownership.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and architect scalable AWS infrastructure using IaC tools.
- Drive DevOps maturity, operational excellence, and mentor DevOps engineers while ensuring AWS security compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–14 years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related leadership roles.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with AWS DevOps tools and AWS cloud services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible), and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Location: Bengaluru.

- Experienced leader able to collaborate across development, QA, and operations in Agile environments.
- Proven architect with deep expertise in AWS cloud services and native tooling.
- Effective in mentoring and driving continuous improvement in cloud-native DevOps practices.
