About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Technology Due Diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients, covering buy-side and sell-side transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and carve-outs.
- Assess and present the target company's IT landscape spanning applications, infrastructure, cloud, operating model, strategy, governance, contracts, and spend, highlighting risks and value opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and senior stakeholder communications, lead project teams, manage engagement economics and timelines, and develop reports and presentations for investment committees and executive leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Technology Due Diligence including buy-side and sell-side Virtual Data Rooms (VDD).
- Experience required in Tech Integration Due Diligence and Tech Carve-out Due Diligence with focus on IT synergy assessment, Day 1/2 planning, TSA assessment, and standalone cost modeling.
- Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead complex technical due diligence engagements under tight transaction timelines with strong project management skills.
- Experience in translating complex technology assessments into clear, actionable business and investment insights for senior client stakeholders and investment committees.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and managing cross-functional teams in high-stakes M&A environments.
