About This Role
- Own design and delivery of operational KPIs, dashboards, and reports to improve Tech Ops decision making for flight completion, on-time performance, productivity, and cost.
- Maintain and curate centralized Tech Ops data tables/views as single source of truth for analytics and reporting.
- Automate existing manual reports/processes and document data landscape and report inventory for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative field.
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics or reporting.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, ggplot2) and writing complex queries in SQL, Python, Spark, or similar.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship and fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in or understanding airline operations and Technical Operations domain preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to translate business needs into data-driven technology solutions that impact measurable operational outcomes.
- Comfortable working across the data ecosystem including data engineering, visualization, and automation with strong analytical rigor.
