About This Role
- Design, build, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion solutions for finance and supply chain processes including AP, AR, OM, Costing, Procurement.
- Independently handle medium-to-high complexity user stories, improve delivery quality, and drive scalable enhancements across Oracle Fusion and connected enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, integration, support, and architecture teams; mentor junior resources and explore AI opportunities to improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience or 6-8 years with a Master's degree in a related field.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion enterprise applications, especially Financials and Supply Chain domains (AP, AR, OM, Costing, Procurement).
- Hands-on experience with application integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware.
- Degree in Engineering, Information Science, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent. US1 Shift timings: 10 AM to 3:30 PM IST and 8:30 PM to 12 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical architecture and coding with emphasis on performance, maintainability, and efficiency within Oracle Fusion.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, vendors, and support teams, providing technical leadership in complex enterprise application environments.
- Capable of driving improvements in delivery quality, testing, documentation, and mentor junior team members effectively.
